• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our car keys, key fobs, and related products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free.
• Compatibility: Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the product is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us for assistance.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Key Programming: Most car keys and key fobs require professional programming to your vehicle. Programming is not included with purchase unless explicitly stated. We recommend using a qualified locksmith or dealer for programming services.

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance.
• Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards (processed securely through Square) and Zelle transfers. All payments must be received before orders are shipped.
• Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item per our return policy.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent or unauthorized.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
• Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express and overnight options are available at additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• 30-Day Return Policy: Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Programmed keys cannot be returned.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All products sold by CarKeyShop come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper programming
• Normal wear and tear (battery depletion, cosmetic damage)
• Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of CarKeyShop or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. CarKeyShop is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of your first purchase.
