Shipping Details
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Shipping Area: We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS standard shipping only.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account page.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return your key within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible for Return
- ✓ Unused, unprogrammed keys in original packaging
- ✓ Wrong item received (we cover return shipping)
- ✓ Defective product (free replacement or refund)
- ✓ Incompatible with your vehicle (verified by our team)
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗ Keys that have been cut or programmed
- ✗ Keys with physical damage (drops, water, etc.)
- ✗ Returns after 30 days from delivery
- ✗ Missing original packaging or components
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Reach out via our contact page or email to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Get Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items) or provide return instructions.
Ship It Back
Pack the key securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
1-Year Warranty
Every key purchased from CarKeyShop comes with our comprehensive 1-year warranty. If your key experiences any manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
